Mercury Storage & Shipping FlaskThis specially-designed container for storing and shipping of elemental mercury meets all government requirements including Department of Transportation specifications and compliance with the Mercury Export Ban Act of 2008 prohibiting the sale, distribution, transfer and export of elemental mercury from the U.S. commencing January 1, 2013. Each flask can contain 76 pounds of elemental mercury. Flask is constructed of 3/16-inch carbon steel wall tubing and includes a ½” pipe plug drilled with a safety seal. It measures 12 inches in height by 5 inches in diameter.

Metric Ton Mercury Storage & Shipping ContainerThis large-capacity, DOT-approved container provides large capacity storage and shipping of elemental mercury. It meets all the Department of Transportation requirements for container specifications, and is an approved solution in compliance with the Mercury Export Ban Act of 2008 prohibiting the sale, distribution, transfer and export of elemental mercury from the U.S. commencing January 1, 2013. It can contain 2,200 pounds of elemental mercury and includes fork lift channels for easy handling. It is constructed of 3/8-inch carbon steel wall tubing with a 4-inch pipe plug. It measures 19 3/4 inches in height by 20 inches in diameter. |
